This year for christmas was low on $$ so i decided to make songs for people, most of them i wasn't too fond of but one of the tracks i decided to keep working on after giving it...and turned it into a pretty sick little beat...the nickname of the person i gave the track to is THE CAT. so the name of the track is.................

The holiday season really is irritating me this year, not really my thing. So sick of the terrible christmas songs everywhere I go so been downloading new music like crazy to fight against the boring christmas music getting stuck in my head.Heres a assortment of some new tracks I just came up on...dubstep/electro comfort for ur soul.

Depeche Mode- Wrong (Caspa Remix) (dubstep)

Any of you Depeche Mode fans out there may enjoy this. I have never heard the original depeche song that its remixing, but really diggin this track. Nice, dramatic vocals followed with some dark wobblin bass, mixed with some guitar alot to make work but it flows perfect.

This song is adorable. Its a perfect track to listen to getting ready in the morning, or when you just are just chillin out. Its exactly what I am trying to do when I make tracks, a really nice mixture of both electro and dubstep.

White Lies- Death (Chase and Status Remix) (dubstep)

This track cracks me up, only listen too if your in a super intense epic kinda track. Sounds like something people would throw their hands up to at a party and start telling their friends they love each other. I'm digging the vocals, kinda similiar to the Depeche Mode remix feel.

M83- Run into Flowers (Midnight Fuck Remix By Jackson) (IDM)

This is a older track, but always is one of the tracks I'll listen to on a daily basis. So perfect for this time of year as well....very beautiful and reflective may bring a tear to your eye.

This is for sure the banger of this post, beginning starts out a little cheesy ahahah if any guy sang that about me I would definetly have second thoughts about him.... ;)... but very groovey sick track right here.

since it is anartica here, being a westcoast newly eastcoast this drastic weather change has seemed to effect my mood along with what is soothing my musical senses...being listening to alot of chilled out stuff. a friend of mine has got me hooked on Ital Tek.... really good ambient dubstep beautiful trax. its as if radiohead, aphextwin, and benga had a baby, but then threw the baby into a dark ambient bell tunnel?? this makes no sense...just listen ;)

im back! sorry its been a while....this new york ice weather is alot to get used to along with the fact iv'e been workin on this photoshoot project that was officially complete today! the theme of the shoot was futuristic, and my muse for the project was my good friend Dj Single White Female... so heres a couple shots from it.... my favorite has to be the first one, the futuristic winter look i made that astronaut bubble/ nest/ helmet on her head from scarfs pillows and socks!

Aeon is incredible. This is his debut EP called “Blury Mind”. His beats are driving, his bass lines are mature and his style is unique. A collection of surreal skeletal melodies with dark atmospheres. Experimental palettes of emotional synth work and deep pulsing dub techno with "experimental/intricate structures and arrangements." Minimal drums and a huge pumping sub basses complete this forward thinking producer’s vision of visceral dubstep.

Aeon is Robert Galac from Slavonski Brod in Croatia. He is a 25 year old producer and event organizer also with a single released on the music label Twenty Twelve recordings. His sound has been described as "deep bass, tech house dubstep with influences from artists like Martyn, Skream and Karizma" Each of his productions is well organized and thought out composure's of the highest quality. His tracks have been included on the Komon Knowledge Mix from Knowledge Magazine.

Cutecore's Rating: FEELING IT!! This is a super mellow, dark, dramatic track and has spacey little synth stabs to keep you moving. This is a awesome late night track 5am groovin at the computer kinda track, but could also see myself getting down to it at the night. the first track here, I made using Reason 4.0. This has a straight dubstep, reggae.vibe. Was feeling very mellow and wanted to break my neck doing the dubstep.wobble headbang, all at the same time. Had to capture a reggae soundin' fellow saying..."BOH BOH BOH!!!".....always used to go crazy if I heard a drumnbass MC scream "BOHBOHBOH BLUH BLUH!!!" phrase that in the mix, so had to throw it in but with a dubstepping flavor. Enjoy! Let me know what you think.

Christina Cutecore- Skeptical Spaceage Nation

this other track is actually the first song I've made using Ableton Live. Which actually might be my new favorite program, really love the sequencer. Anywho thought I'd try to do something I haven't seen done much before, and combine electro with dubstep all in the same track. I actually think it came together pretty nicely. For some reason once I converted it to MP3 it was hard to hear some of the higher frequencies, like the flute and guitar sounds but I just recommend listening to it on HIGH.VOLUMEEEEEEE. lol. oh but of course ;)

This track really is a beautiful song, found it today really suited my mood. Relaxing, and recharging. This beautiful woman's voice really got me thinking and reflecting and just soothed my mood all while still having some dubstep wobble to satisfy.

This was a really fabulously fun project. My good friend, Nicky is the singer in MENYA, they are a very popular electropop band here in New York. So I thought it would be fun to sample my favorite song of theirs and turn it into some dramatic drumnbasszz using Reason 4.0. The sample is from their song, "Ripe", I chose to name this remix "Right Quick" because thats my fav part of the sample ;).. Fur Fur Fur!!!! I absolutely love the contrast a fur vest to make, with a very simple black outfit, like you can see on marykate in the pictureabove(guilty as charged..I am obsessed with MaryKate ahhhh). The fur throws in a very diva, fun vibe to the whole look. I know I for one am going on the mission today to go out and buy one for myself. :)
